World Citi Colleges (WCC) and WCC Aeronautical & Technological College (WCC ATC) proudly participated in the Passage to ASEAN (P2A) Philippines 2025 General Assembly held on October 20–21, 2025, at Rizal Technological University, Mandaluyong City.

With the theme “Mobility Reimagined: Empowering Local Solutions, Strengthening ASEAN, and Connecting Beyond,” the event brought together academic leaders and institutions from across the Philippines to promote collaboration, innovation, and research mobility among ASEAN member countries.

Representing WCC and WCC ATC, Dr. Dick Eugenio, Director of the International Affairs and Strategic Partnerships Office (IASPO), was elected to serve in the Research Development Cluster—an opportunity that positions WCC and WCC ATC at the forefront of engagements with Philippine higher education institutions and ASEAN counterparts in advancing innovative and collaborative research initiatives.

WCC’s continued engagement with P2A highlights its vision of an education system that transcends borders—one that empowers faculty, researchers, and students to learn from global best practices while contributing Filipino expertise to the ASEAN community.
