World Citi Colleges (WCC) cohosts and joins the 2nd International Cultural Exchange (ICE) 2026, spearheaded by HUTECH University of Technology (Vietnam). This year’s program carries the theme “Sustainable Tourism 2026: Change in Action,” highlighting the role of students and young innovators in shaping tourism practices that balance cultural preservation, community impact, and environmental sustainability.

As co-host of the program, WCC joins ten partner universities in advancing cross-border collaboration and experiential learning opportunities for students. The ICE initiative gathers participating institutions from across the region, with each university sending one student team to represent their country in a series of academic sessions, creative project development, and final presentations.

Representing WCC is a team composed of students from the WCC School of International Hospitality and Tourism Management (SIHM), Quezon City Campus, led by Ms. Rhea Parcon. The team will compete alongside participants from other universities in developing two key outputs: a tourism promotion video showcasing national tourism with cultural and sustainability elements and a problem–solution poster addressing a real-world tourism challenge.

The ICE 2026 program runs from March to May 2026, culminating in a showcase of student projects and recognition of outstanding teams from participating universities across the region.
