World Citi Colleges (WCC) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Richmond American University London (RAUL) to strengthen international academic partnerships and broaden opportunities for student mobility.

The signing took place during the World’s Universities with Real Impact (WURI) 2025 Global Conference at Tongmyong University in Busan, South Korea. The agreement was formalized by Dr. Phil Deans, President and Vice Chancellor of RAUL, and Dr. Ma. Cristina Estioco, Vice President for Academic Affairs of WCC. 

Under this partnership, WCC and RAUL will work together on a wide range of academic and cultural exchange initiatives. These include opportunities for faculty and student exchanges, collaborative research and publications, intercultural immersion activities, and international internships designed to enhance global competence.

This collaboration marks another significant milestone in WCC’s commitment to delivering globally relevant education. By fostering international linkages and providing its community with meaningful cross-cultural experiences, WCC continues to prepare students and faculty alike to thrive in an interconnected world.
