World Citi Colleges (WCC), in collaboration with Daffodil International University (Bangladesh), successfully conducted another session under its World Citizen Intelligent Futures Webinar Series titled “AI in Information Technology: Predictive Modeling for System Reliability and Environmental Intelligence” on April 17, 2026, via Zoom.
The webinar featured Dr. Kamrul Islam Shahin, Associate Professor from Daffodil International University, as keynote speaker. Drawing from his expertise, Dr. Shahin discussed how predictive modeling and artificial intelligence are transforming the way complex systems are monitored, managed, and optimized.
The session highlighted the role of AI in enhancing system reliability through data-driven forecasting, as well as its applications in environmental intelligence—where technology is used to analyze patterns, predict outcomes, and support sustainable decision-making. Participants were introduced to real-world applications of predictive analytics in IT infrastructure, offering a glimpse into how intelligent systems are shaping the future of digital ecosystems.
Attended by students and faculty across disciplines, the webinar provided valuable insights into the growing intersection of artificial intelligence, information technology, and sustainability—equipping learners with knowledge that is both globally relevant and industry-aligned.
As part of WCC’s commitment to internationalization, the initiative underscores its continued efforts to connect its academic community with global experts and emerging innovations.
Through the World Citizen Intelligent Futures Webinar Series, WCC continues to bridge borders and disciplines—empowering students to understand, adapt, and lead in an increasingly intelligent world.
