World Citi Colleges (WCC) recently welcomed a delegation from Universiti Negeri Malang for a week-long Student Mobility and Faculty Exchange Program held from April 19 to 26, 2026—reinforcing its commitment to internationalization through immersive academic and cultural engagement.
The program brought together five (5) students and a faculty representative, Dr. Yudithia Putra, who participated in a curated series of academic, institutional, and cultural activities designed to provide a holistic learning experience.
Throughout the week, delegates engaged in academic sessions including research methodology discussions, communicative language learning, and classroom sit-ins, alongside hands-on exposure through teaching assistantship opportunities within the Senior High School department. The program also featured campus tours, collaborative activities with WCC students, and consultation sessions for undergraduate research—bridging theory with real-world application.
Beyond the classroom, the delegation experienced Filipino culture through institutional visits, interactive activities with local students, and a cultural and heritage tour across Manila—fostering deeper cross-cultural understanding. Dr. Putra served as a special speaker at a workshop on entrepreneurship, attended by business administration students.
This initiative reflects the growing partnership between WCC and Universiti Negeri Malang, anchored on shared goals of academic excellence, global exposure, and intercultural learning.
