World Citi Colleges (WCC) took part in the General Meeting of Passage to ASEAN (P2A) Philippines held on February 12 at Rizal Technological University, where representatives from member institutions across the country gathered to strengthen collaboration and regional engagement within the ASEAN academic community.

During the meeting, Dr. Dick O. Eugenio, Director of the International Affairs & Strategic Partnerships Office (IASPO) of WCC, was elected as Auditor of P2A Philippines. By virtue of this election, he will also serve as a member of the organization’s Board of Directors. The newly elected officers were formally inducted by Dr. Ethel Agnes Valenzuela, P2A Adviser.

The General Meeting reaffirmed the shared commitment of P2A member institutions to advancing academic cooperation, cultural exchange, and regional integration. WCC’s active participation in initiatives such as P2A reflects the institution’s continuing efforts to expand international linkages and provide students and faculty with opportunities for global engagement and cross-border learning.
