World Citi Colleges (WCC) and WCC Aeronautical & Technological College (WCC ATC) strengthened their international academic network through the signing of separate Memoranda of Understanding with Vanda University (VU) of Cambodia on August 6, 2027 at the Quezon City Campus.
The partnership provides a framework for WCC, WCC ATC, and Vanda University to pursue mutually beneficial initiatives in academic cooperation, joint research, community service, and international mobility.
Founded in 2001, Vanda University has established a strong foundation in career-focused education, particularly in accounting, auditing, taxation, digital learning, and research. Its commitment to providing technology-enabled, market-responsive programs—along with its expanding academic offerings in business, information technology, social sciences, humanities, architecture, and engineering—makes it a valuable partner for WCC and WCC ATC. These complementary strengths create meaningful opportunities for student and faculty exchanges, joint research, credit-transfer pathways, and cross-cultural learning within the ASEAN region.
The MOUs were signed by Dr. Hou Kuchkunlinna, Vice Rector of Vanda University, and Dr. Dick O. Eugenio, Director of the International Affairs & Strategic Partnerships Office of WCC and WCC ATC.
Through the agreements, the institutions aim to create more opportunities for students and educators to engage in cross-border learning, collaborative research, intercultural exchange, and professional development. As the first collaborative activity, Vanda University will co-host the World Citizen Festival on November 17-24, 2026.
By working with Vanda University, WCC and WCC ATC continue to strengthen an educational environment that prepares students to collaborate across cultures, respond to shared challenges, and contribute confidently in an increasingly interconnected world.
