PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Provides specialized preparation for the Korean language examination required under South Korea’s Employment Permit System (EPS), with emphasis on workplace communication and test readiness. It develops the Korean language skills needed for common workplace situations, including factory communication, safety procedures, instructions, and everyday interactions. The program combines foundational Korean instruction with EPS-TOPIK-focused practice tests and examination strategies. It is designed for prospective migrant workers and other learners preparing for employment opportunities in Korea.
PROGRAM SCOPE
EPS KOREAN FOUNDATION. Develops foundational Korean for everyday and workplace situations. Learners can understand basic expressions, follow simple instructions, and communicate about routine work-related needs. (Learning Hours: 150)
EPS-TOPIK PREPARATION. Prepares learners for EPS-TOPIK through focused practice in vocabulary, grammar, reading, and listening, with emphasis on workplace Korean and test-taking strategies. (Learning Hours: 60)
