PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Builds practical German language skills for everyday communication, travel, relocation, and general social and workplace situations. It develops learners’ ability to communicate confidently across speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The program also strengthens essential grammar, vocabulary, and cultural understanding for real-world communication. It is suitable for beginners through upper-intermediate learners seeking broad German language proficiency.


PROGRAM SCOPE

A1: GENERAL GERMAN. Develops foundational German skills for basic everyday communication. Learners can introduce themselves, understand simple expressions, and exchange basic personal information.. (Learning Hours: 120)

A2: GENERAL GERMAN. Builds practical German for familiar everyday situations. Learners can communicate about routine topics such as family, work, shopping, travel, and daily activities. (Learning Hours: 150)

B1: GENERAL GERMAN. Develops independent communication skills for everyday, academic, and workplace situations. Learners can express opinions, describe experiences, and understand the main points of clear spoken and written German. (Learning Hours: 180)

B2: GENERAL GERMAN. Strengthens fluency and accuracy for more complex communication. Learners can participate confidently in discussions, explain ideas in detail, and understand a wider range of spoken and written texts. (Learning Hours: 200)

C1: GENERAL GERMAN. Develops advanced proficiency for academic, professional, and social contexts. Learners can communicate fluently and precisely, understand complex material, and express sophisticated ideas effectively. (Learning Hours: 250)
